The Wild Wellness Box is a great starter pack for nutrient dense health. It comes loaded with 6lbs of sliced joint bones, 2 lbs of marrow bone canoes, 3lbs of our Caveman blend, our ceramic campfire mug for broth sippin', and an insulated Wild Earth Tote! Also included is a recipe card for our wonderfully Wild Bone Broth. The bones are sliced 1" and each 2lb package makes a good batch of slow simmered bone broth. Picanha - Sirloin Cap
This amazing cut is the choice slice from the top of the Top Sirloin and is traditionally seen in Brazilian Steakhouses. Incredibly tender and maxed out on flavor, the cap is great cut into steaks to be roasted "C-shaped" on skewers or cooked whole to a beautiful medium rare. We've done both! The cap is unique because there is no silver skin between the meat and the fat (like on a NY Strip) This means instead of seperating from the meat during cooking the fat renders and soaks into the meat, keeping it moist throught the cooking process.
7-Bone Chuck Roast - Large
Our 7-Bone Chuck Roast weighs 3+lb and is perfect for a traditional slow cooked pot roast. The shoulder bone adds extra flavor and nutrients and the classic chuck marbling lends to a tender, fall apart roast that will have your family beggin for seconds.
Also known as the triangle or bottom sirloin roast, this is a popular cut on the West Coast. The tri-tip is juicy, versatile and oﬀers a rich beefy ﬂavor when roasted and sliced across the grain.

Now 6 patties per package, 1/3lb each Our 1/3lb pressed Hamburger Patties are perfect for a quick easy dinner. With our 80/20 beef, it holds up well on the grill or on cast iron! They are seperated by paper so you can pull a couple out at a time and keep the rest frozen

Top Sirloin Steak - Large
Our top sirloin steak is such a versatile and flavorful cut! Grill it up as a thick steak, slice it thin for stir-fry or tacos, cube it for a quick pan sear, the possibilities are endless. This cut comes from the larger end of the sirloin
This coarsely ground 80/20 blend is perfect for slow cooking into cowboy stews like Texas chili! Slow cooking breaks down the larger texture to create the perfect mouthfeel and the fully developed flavor.
Sirloin Tip Roast
This cut from the bottom of the sirloin is great roasted and carved into thin slices or braised as a pot roast. Can also be cured into a lovely lean corned beef. 2 1/2 - 3lb.
